Technically, you can wait about three to four weeks for her to start showing and/or you can take her to the vet in 31 days to see if she is pregnant by getting her a blood test. Check this website for more information http://www.debbiejensen.com

Are you sure she was out of heat? The heat cycle lasts for about 3 weeks, with the second week being the most fertile. If it happened at the end of the 3rd week or after, then she should not be pregnant. If it happened during week 2, she most likely is pregnant. I hope she isn't if she is only 9 months old. If the boy dog was a big dog, then you are going to have some major problems.

The first external clues that your min pin is pregnant would be if her nipples swell (and they may turn pink) and her tummy gets bigger. Keep in mind, however, that by the time you see these clues she'll already be about 1/2 way through her pregnancy, and you'll only have about 30 days before pups arrive.
We suggest that you get your dog checked by a vet, and have her spayed if you don't want puppies. Spaying your min pin will not only keep her from having babies, but may also help to prolong her life and protect her from some forms of cancer.

If you wait awhile you will find that she will grow very quickly - if you don't want to wait go to the vet - but it may be too soon. If the dog and your min pin got stuck together it is probably a sure sign.
That is what happened to ours.
