Ok, i need some advice ... i went on a movie "date" with a guy that I asked out , and I never really said the word date, so I'm not sure if he considers it one, but anyways, since I asked him out, am I expected to ask him out again? or should I just make it even more obvious to him that I like him and wait for him to say something? I saw him today at church but we didn't get a chance to talk or anything, but that was the first time i've seen him since like a week ago ( the day of the movie date)... and how can I make him feel more confortable to like call me or something, because he hasn't. We went to the movies that one time, and that was it. Is it because he doesnt like me or because he's just really shy?

if you're not sure if he has feelings with you, don't do anything to embarass yourself. Keep hanging out a few times like the movies. If he has feelings, he'll invite you one time and maybe say it's a date. He might also invite you, but just as friends. It's better to be friends than to tell him your feelings and he may not think of you in that way. Also, friends can become a couple after a while. That is probably the best way to deal with it. Also, when you go on your "dates" don't dress to impress someone like in a real date. Wear casual. If he starts giving you signs like holding you or looking like he wants to kiss you or something then you could tell him your feelings. If you're truly friends and in case he doesn't have feelings, then he won't mind too much. Otherwise, I wish u good luck!

To begin with asking him out was a mistake. I know it is supposed to be ok. But it really isn't. Now that you have asked him out the best thing to do is just be friendly without coming on to strong. You can do whatever you would like, but I would not ask him out again. Wait until he asks you. If he doesn't then he doesn't want to take you out. It is not shyness, that would have disappeared when you asked him out. In the meantime don't sit around waiting for him to ask you, go out with other guys. The more you do that the more he will want to take you out.
