I applied for my I-485 and I had put on my application I had a clean record. When they scheduled me for the interview, they want EVERYTHING. I didn't know they wanted my juvenile history so I don't want them to think I lied because I didn't. My interview is next week.

They know. Rarely are juvenile records used against you . And they are sealed from most agencies . FBI interviews do want you to tell the truth-that they look for.

I worked for the State Department in DC and had to obtain a security clearance. They conducted an FBI background check. They go all the way back to the day you were born. It is a very extensive check.

Like maximum financial businesses, Wells Fargo exams criminal, credit and driving backgrounds. they'll improve a score for you in line with their own weighting which takes under consideration age, income, etc. to be certain while you're hire-able or no longer. The criminal and credit might have the optimal weighting in spite of the shown fact that any vast negatives on your driving record might desire to instruct complicated to boot. So sturdy luck and can you no longer get the activity i might ask them in writing to provide you the specifics of your historic past verify to seek for any inaccuracies and then clean them up with the perfect businesses.

No. Your juvinille record is sealed, unless whatever you did was a felony, which will just be listed as "felony (insert crime here)" They have to have a specific purpose besides a routine background check to open your juvinille records, and that takes alot of paperwork and court time.
Good luck on your interview!
