Go get some exercise. Take a nice walk in the sunshine.
It sounds like you need some hobbies or pass times. Think of something that you are interested in. Take up ballroom dancing or singing lessons. There is a lot going on which is not in bed. Go out and find out what it is that keeps everyone busy who is not having sex at the time.
There is a whole world out the for you to discover and enjoy.
