Not from RAM, no. Programs rarely have the full file image in memory.

Probably not. RAM is constantly changing, as has probably been long overwritten with new data by the time you made this post. However, if you have not done much with your computer since you deleted the file, it may still be on the drive. When you delete a file, it just removes the link to where the file was at. The file is still there until it is overwritten with new data. Try downloading and installing PC Inspector File Recovery and try running it and see if it can find your file. Note that the less you use your computer, the better chance you will have of recovering your file.

Wrong question: RAM only used for temp storage and for immediate use ..it only store application related data which have to be processed by the processor in frictions of next seconds .. today because of the size of application most of the part reside onto hard disk cache...

OK now to the extract of question do v recover data from Hard disk after deleting -- yes v can...

You can delete all you want but there is still a trace of it on your hard drive. You can purchase a program to bring it back. That is how the authorities can find out where you have been and what you do when they nab your computer.

there are some software out there that let you retrieve it even if it was deleted.
