Beer bread is great, and easy. You use the brewer's yeast in the beer for leavening.

Here's the recipe:

BEER BREAD
Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour
1 can of beer
3 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly, put into well greased bread pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximatly 1 hour or until done.
Cool for 10 minutes and turn out of pan.

Notes:
Delicious served with chili or stews!

Buy bread that is frozen dough that you bake. Its pretty good. Or you could invest in a bread maker...I have one, but dont use it for some reason.
