I decided to go with professional whitening from my dentist--I figure the Crest stuff is just a weak imitation of the "real" deal.

white strips will make your teeth very sensitive, and more susceptible to decay. sure they work...but at what cost. I would'nt recommend them. Everyone else i've spoken with about this has noticed it too. so its not just me.

Yes. They work.
so does rubbing baking soda on them
Listerine has some whitening rinse too that works well.
