I don't endorse beating a good ticket and probably you won't beat it through some sort of trick means, but I'll offer you the following web site (anyway) as a source of ideas. I happened to come across it recently and found it interesting, if nothing else, and it's themed towards the interest of the violator. Keep in mind that things have a way of backfiring when people try some innovative things in court, but well....anyway....

You could export her to Iraq and have her join the Taliban.

Seriously, just pay the fine and tell her that a lingering yellow light doesn't necessarily mean you floor the accelerator.

A photo ticket is almost impossible to beat without some some pretty ingenious manipulation and astonishing mitigating circumstances.

The only way to beat the ticket is not run another red light again this one you will have to pay.

First of all, you need to tell your wife to stop speeding and to pay attention to the traffic lights. Second, you can't beat those. The proof is in the picture. Pay the fines and talk to your wife.

What I would recommend is calling a Lawyer to see.Like a previous answer said they are difficult to fight in court.
