Of course time is universally free! Time was around long before money was! God created time first (Night and Day) in the first 7 days even before he created humans and other life. I think He created time just to keep humans sane!! Anyway, if time weren't free we'd have to pay God cause He created it!

It depends...when I am at work or school, time is sooooo money because at work my time is payable by money and when I am at school, time is also money because I am learning to hopefully earn more money....the rest of time is universally free...thanks to time is money...I can enjoy my universal time.....I love life!!!

Well even if you had no bills to pay, every minute you get older, and people spend a lot of money trying to keep themselves alive as long as possible right? So by that alone, every minute has a dollar sign attached to it.
