i think you a ***** you cant deal with him so to get back at him you wonna call ins, he might be here illegally fine.But you wouldnt care if he didnt cause you a problem, or was your friend. Get balls and stand up, and if he is bothering you call the police but as it sounds it not something that warrants them to come out, he probably drink beer and park in front of your house. You are the type that might see a girl being beat up peep through the window and call the cops before you be a man and go see whats wrong *****, and i'm not illegal i'm black so it aint about me being illegal on his side

If your problem is so big you can call the police while he's in the act. One thing though, immigration police will not come all the way to his house to get only ONE illegal, they usually come when it's like 20 or so.

You can call INS but I doubt they will care about going after one person.You can try though.
