You don't! She'll have to figure it out all on her own. The reason why you can't tell her is because she is an ex and she is going to think you are being jeolous. It might even compromise your relationship with her.

This will depend on the relationship between you two. Some people that are Ex are the best of friends in some cases, and welcome advise coming from a former lover.
You alone know the answer as to how you two broke up as this will be a guide in you knowing how to tell her what she is doing wrong. If this woman is the mother of your Kids if you have any with her, you have cause to be concern if he is a loser.
As this man could play a part in your life if you are close to your kids, and there could be some friction there.

They have to find out for themself. She is your ex for a reason so let her be your ex and leave her alone. Maybe she likes losers, haha! Let her get hurt, that's how I realized my ex was a loser. People told me he was a loser but I was being hard headed.

are they losers or are you jealous? I guess it depends on how you broke up. If it was bad, then there really isn't a way. If your still friends then just talk to her and make sure you can back up your claim.

that's so hard to do because she will just think you are jealous/want to get back with her...my advice would be to just stay out of it and let her learn on her own. I know that's hard to do, but in the long run it's your best choice.

If you still have a friendship then just sit her down and tell her, it may upset her at first but it would open up her eyes

She already knows if that's true. All you can do is be her friend, and let her know that she deserves someone that will treat her right.
