Always, they have led me astray they have run me aground but if you feel strongly enough about something to have an "instinct" about it then you have to try or forever regret not knowing.

Now I do, too many times in the past I did not and have said things like "why didn't I listen to my instincts" I believe that we all have a soul, and that souls communicate in ways we cannot yet understand. I also believe in Guardian Angels, or souls assigned to help us through life. Instinct, I believe, is that Guardian Angel trying to communicate in a very loud voice. Recently my instinct told me to prepare for an unexpected layoff, I listened and am very glad I did. My instinct told me this several months before it happened, at the time I wanted to ignore it thinking it was nonsense, but knew better becuse of past experience. Some may think I'm crazy, but I am narrowminded about some things too, until I am proven wrong!

I seriously try too. There have been times when I did not follow my 'first mind' (instincts) and something not so good happened or there could have been a much better outcome.
Then I am saying, "Something told me NOT to do this or something told me not to go there!"
So, when I get that little inside voice, I really try to focus and at least give it a second or third thought before I make a final decision.
There have been times when that "instinct" kicked in and I just simply followed it without really knowing why and it was the right decision in the long run.
That is God talking to you with that inside voice to help you to at least think about what you are getting yourself into. If you just think about it first, you might feel the need to change your mind.
I believe in Angels also and I think we are all assigned one and for others two, three, or four. :D

Yes I do because I have learned that if I don't I get myself in trouble and I have had enough of that to know by now that I better listen to my instincts right away.

Not often enough. I have often had the instinct to walk away from something like a job or relationship. I tell myself no, no I am fine right here I am comfortable. I don't feel like tying anything new. Just leave me be. AND then months later...I often wished I had run not walked away from the situation.

I try to always listen to my instincts because I feel that they are sort of like messages from God for my protection.

Instincts are our initial evaluation of something through our belief system and subconscious. If your belief structure is close to reality then you have fairly reliable instincts. I let you guess as to whether I listen to mine.

I definitely listen to my instincts, my intuition, and any inner guidance that comes to me. Why? Because in this crazy world, I need to use every available "sight" I have.

Only if a semitruck is going 75mph and I'm wanting to cross the road. Or if I know a plane is going down and I can live if I put on a parachute along with other extenuating circumstances.

it depends with the situation; sometimes i do because it feels right and i believe no one else can be able to help me with making that decision, for an example; at others i do not because i will not be able to handle the repurcussions of what my instincts are saying
