OK I'm a christian but i don't believe condemning any one i have enough sins of my own to worry about then to tell u that u have some . plus the fact i don't believe in hell so why is it that some of u can't do the same. i have been coming in here for some time now and i see all these Christians condemning Jews, Muslims, even other Christians along with atheist . but why since when did Jesus ever tell us to become judge and jury for every religion out there . I'm pretty sure that Jesus said for us not to judge others so why can't we follow his orders ? i mean god doesn't want us to come to him because somebody says your going to hell he wants us to because it was our choice.

very good question, and I agree with it to a point the bible says we are to JUDGE NOT less we will be judged. and most people who are converted to the Christian faith through fear soon fall away, the only true way to Christ is through love not fear. we do not really know how God will deal with others who believe in Him in different ways than we do. that is not our problem, our concern is our relationship with God, but new or baby Christians tend to get overzealous, and speak thing that they don't really understand, I have seen Christians that have been in the way for over 30 years and never grew in Christ so that they are just in the way.

Christians aren't called to condemn anyone. We don't have the right. The first thing you realize when you become a Christian is that you are the farthest thing away from being worthy of a happy eternity. "Scaring people into hell" is a desparate attempt by Christians to make you choose heaven because we feel an eternity with the living God is so much better of a choice than the only other choice we see is possible. As far as I see it, given a choice between a perfect eternal life and eternal damnation in a fiery lake of sulfur, most people will pick the first one.

Hell is a reality. If you don't believe in one, then you really don't believe in the other...that's why you have a choice. I personally believe that when New Testament writers speak about a fiery lake of sulfur to burn in eternally, it's how they described the worst possible thing they could think of, and burning forever seems pretty bad to me. Hell is the eternal separation from Christ that none of us can actually feel on earth because He is in us because not only did He create everything around us, but he created us as well.

To choose an eternity away from your maker would truly be hell, whether you were surrounded by flames or not.

I agree with you. We have no right to judge for we will be judged. There may be many religions but there is only 1 Savior and that is Jesus. When it is your time to submit to him you will no one can force you. Everyone have there own mind and when the time is right you will surrender your heart and soul to Jesus. Before codeming any one religion why don't u 1st try to understand what is it about. No matter what in the end when it is your time to go there will be 1 Judge and 1 jury and that is God.

That is a good point. It appears that those are the people that are so adamant in their beliefs, that they don't see the clear picture. That is Jesus said those that are "sin free" cast the first stone, but some people that proclaim to be Christians are hell bent on throwing it down other people's throat, that they don't even realize that they themselves are committing a sin. Sad but true.
Judge not lest you be judge, because whatsoever you judge therefore you shall be judge. It is best to control the tongue and the fingers, here than to commit a sin.

The parable of the adulterous woman.

Some Pharisees brought a woman who had been accused of cheating on her husband to Christ and asked Him what they should do with her. They reminded him the usual way of taking care of such women was public stoning. Christ replied, "Ok, well let he who is without sin cast the first stone." The Pharisees looked at one another and realized that none of them were without sin, and the woman went free.

Most of the Christians you see her condemning others are obviously the type of people who are bandwagoners, and rarely read their Bibles for themselves. However, some people of other faiths often ask the same type of questions and treat the Christians the same way. People who cannot answer or ask a question respectfully are exactly the same, no matter what faith they belong to.

i agree with you wondering why they do that. it could be a pride thing or they just wanna tease....there is some way to tell a friend when he's done something wrong, but that's only if he doesn't see it himself and then you work together through it. I believe we're here to lift each other up and help eachother keep away from sin as best as we can together....i do believe there is a Hell though. The bible talks about it. it is the place where God is not. i'm not sure of references, but i'm pretty sure it should be in revelations....i'll follow the bible to the best of my ability and i am willing to listen to anyone who is genuinely trying to do the same

Some Christians believe that the "non-believers" or "sinners" need to be taught and that their way is the only way. Judge not lest we shall be judged- and that is the way that a Christian should live- you should show the light to others but not force yourself and your beliefs on others- that is why God gave people free-will.

Some have said that I have judged them. I don't Judge them, but their system of religion. If you had a math test and there was a question like; 1+1=? and you put down whatever answer you felt like besides the number 2, then that would be a wrong answer. The same with religion. 2Tim 2:15.

-The religious use the scar-em into the kingdom tactic.
Jesus never used this tactic.
He just called and the people came.
The guy in the tree, Jesus called him by name and the guy came down and ACCEPTED HIM GLADLY.
"Zaccheus, hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house."
Luke 19:6 And he hurried and came down, and received Him gladly.

Pay attention to the last part. Received Him gladly.
Hello---when called you will receive Him gladly.
The Bible is very interesting. You read it and blow right by something again and again. Then one day, it jumps right out at you. You think to yourself I never saw this before.
WHY? It wasn't your time to see it before.
We are saved at particular times in our lives.
For me it was when I was 38 years old.
You can read about me in the book of John 5:5. That is me.
I had no one to help me.
So He did.

Just as he commanded the apostles at the time, the same command is given to us in Christ to go out and preach the truth to those that will listen; those that wont He said to just shake the dust from our feet and move on. Sometimes the truth will be something that people dont like;but the truth is what it is and that's something that people need to reconcile in their hearts
