well cheesecake always (at least as far as know) has cream cheese. But I have seen recipes that also call for ricotta cheese and sour cream mixed in with cream cheese. I like the mix of cream cheese and sour cream. I think the ricotta is added for a slightly lower fat content.

Cheese cake is made from cream cheese, as for the strawberries in syrup that part is easy. The strawberry syrup is sugar soft strawberries water and cornstarch. Varying the amount of cornstarch will make the syrup thicker or looser as for the exact recipe on the link I don't know how to make that exact one. I'm sorry.
