My 4 year old go's to bed at 8 0 clock and wakes up about 6.30-7.00 if we do not stick to that routine he is a very grumpy boy the next day my friends 4 year old go's to bed at 6 and wakes at 7 it really depends on the child tho and how much sleep they need

What time does she get up in the morning and does she take a nap and if she does how long? Sometimes this affects how and when a child will go to sleep. If she awakes around 8.00 am and takes a 1 hour nap then I say around 8.00 pm would be a good time. Just remember youre the adult. That makes you the boss. Sometimes I think we forget that God made parents for a reason.

I have a three year old son who will be four in November. His normal bed time is 9pm every night as long as he takes an hour nap during the day. If he doesn't take a nap he usually conks out around 8:30. I hope this helps.

around 9 dont let her take naps throughout the day keep her busy busy busy all day long feed her a big meal and give her a bath around 830 if this doesnt knock her out get some ridlin

between 8 or 8:30 pm, they need their sleep. I love children!
