Ok, i'm not too good with the metric system. but 1 kilo is about 2.2 lbs right? So you want to know how to lose 6.6 - 11lbs a day?! There is no healthy way to do that. There's the surgery answer. There's the starve yourself, or dehydrate yourself. But there is really no way to loose so much in 1 day short of amputation of limbs.

That is completely and totally unrealistic.
3 kg = 6.61 pounds. You didn't gain that much in a day and can't lose that much in a day either.
Even to lose 1 pound or 0.45 kg in a day is unrealistic.
You should aim for no more than 1 kg of weight loss per week to be healthy.
