It all depends on the situation you have with those guys, in them knowing in advance that you are not serious with any of them and you are likely to go out with some one else.
It is bad if you are leading them on individually into thinking you like one of them and you are just playing with each of them not knowing the other i assume. If such is the case, would you like a guy to do the same to you ?
