If I have good sleep I will not tired on the following day.

Several ways to do this . Try emptying your mind by concentrating on your breath coming in and going out . Old time remedy drink warm milk. { it helps to relax you } Listen to soothing low music , or try reading until your eyes get tired. GOOD LUCK . I've been there !

1. Stick to a regular schedule on the time u go to sleep.
2. Yr last meal before u go to sleep should not be more than 20% of yr total calorie intake during the day.
3. Eat yr last meal at least 2 hrs before u go to sleep.
4. Get some exercise during the day.
5. See that both the bed and pillow is comfortable.

Take a nice long bath or shower and relax.
Drink chamomile tea. or warm milk.
Read a good book after u dress up comfortably for bed.
Or watch a show,and sure enough you'll get tired and sleep.

Try to allow yourself time before bed to relax and unwind. If you are having trouble falling asleep (vs. staying asleep), relaxing music or a white noise machine (available at amazon.com---see link below) can be useful. If you are waking up a lot, taking a regular dose of benadryl might help (and it's not habit-forming). Best of luck! Hope you get some z's soon. :)

stick to a schedule if u have a schedule - u will get used to it an dfollow it easier. also smell laveneder b4 u go 2 bed it makes u tired

make sure that you are giving yourself enough time to sleep at night. Go to bed earlier at night and don't set an alarm wake up when your body tells you it's time.

do not sleep during the day .do not be lazy.do constructive activity.read good books seriously .
after diner before 9 pm.try to go for sleep before 10.30 pm.

I have found MELATONIN works well and can be found in Health Food Stores. It was discovered to help people who suffered with Jet Lag

exercize, dink water, eat healthly, and if you still cant get to sleep after developing a regular rutine, talk to your doctor
