Don't worry! I lose sooo much everytime I take a shower, too, but I still have a full head of hair. It's natural. I know it seems like there is no way you can still have any hair at all, but I still have thick full hair, adn I swear I lose a handful every day. If you see bald spots, though, see a dermatologist, or ask your beutician. Stress can cause it too, though, and no doctor can help you there.

It depends on how much hair is falling out. Some medications can have this side effect, so check that first if you are on anything. Try changing shampoos...use something thats easy one the hair and doesn't have alot of alcohols in it. Be sure to read the labels before you buy the shampoo as well. Hope that helps!

You're not necessarily doing anything wrong. I wash my hair everyday too. I had/have the same problem. It was really bad when I was in 9th grade. The longer your hair is, the more noticeable. Stress could be a part of it too. The only thing you could really do is take vitamins, and talk to your hair stylist. I learned that using a razor when you get your hair cut totally destroys your hair. My hair stylist warned me that the more you worry about it, the more stress it adds to you. You'll be fine, I found it hard to believe that I'm not bald yet too!
Hope this helped.

i find my hair falls out when its time to have a cut , i go every six weeks for a trim and it does help, all them ends get very dry and brittle with using a too hot hair dryer, try stop washing your hair every day i did, and found if i went maybe 3 days it wasnt as dry after wards..and keep changing your shampoo my hairdresser told me dont let your hair get used to a certain one.if this does not help maybe a visit to a doc , if your stressed that also makes your hair fall out , just a thought but nothing to worry about ...good luck

I'm not sure about the shampoo, but hair falling out can be caused by poor nutrition. A friend of mine used to be anorexic and some of her hair fell out. I was told hair has a lot to do with your health.

Maybe you are washing your hair too often. I think it is not good to wash your your hair every single day because you are making your moisturizers come out, so your hair will get dryer. It will make it easier for your hair to fall out. I'm not saying don't wash your hair but try every other day or every 3 days. Watch the difference. Also if you still are going to wash your hair every day moisterize and condition it every day to keep your hair strong and healthy.

Wash every other day, and consider a vitamin supplement. Phyto makes a great hair growth supplement - makde my hair grow like a weed. Also, Rene Furterer makes a good one as well. Relax... stress can cause it too.

your hair doesnt need to be washed every day plus blow dried! Thats not good for you hair....
Try with some good shampoo from your hair dresser, and some good conditioner! Oil treatments for your hair is also very good...
Also, it is important to make sure that you eat well...!

Get some biotin vitamins. Same thing happened to me before and the biotin worked. Don't over do it with the biotin, just take the amount it says to take. You may want to go to the dermatologist to find out why your hair is coming out. I had to do that also, they said that it was from stress. Good luck
