Slow down. Your getting way ahead of yourself. Please start where you are. Take care of what you need to today.
If your bad habits(s) are getting hold of you and you can't help yourself, then try to find help from a trustable person/place.
If you need to come clean about something, then go ahead and do it.
You know, deep down, what you need to do for yourself. Just take care of one thing at a time. Whatever is most important to you should be first. If you need help doing it, then get help. Don't worry what people will think of you, if you know you need to do something for yourself, than do it.
Take action, you'll start feeling better.
PS-If I can be of any assistance/help. You can e mail me. I won't judge you or tell you what to believe.

I'm not worried about giving up God, because I already have. My family members didn't give up on me (this fact didn't change anything.) I haven't lost anything yet, and you'll see why in a few sentences. I hope I will die alone, and that I won't be in anyone's prayers. I'd rather people lived their lives than worry about what used to be mine.
And I haven't gone crazy, because that's not what happens. The question is biased, and pretty obvious. Just because we don't believe doesn't mean we lose all hope, and in fact it's just the opposite. You Christians (and yes, I know I'm generalizing and I don't care at the moment) will sit there and say "why are atheists so hateful?" and then you go and pull some stunt like this. Really, this is why no one outside the religion likes it.

We have all sinned, no one is perfect and we will never be so don't be so hard on yourself. You may give up on God but He will never give up on you. He does command us however to be brave and courageous. It is in dark times like what you are experiencing that He wants you to hold on and to know that He is with you and He cares. He is in the kind look of a stranger or in the gentle gesture of someone offering to help you. Do not lose hope. My mother wound up in an institution (I was a child)and she died there in the state hospital, but I know she did not die alone. She had Jesus in her heart. If you open your heart and mind to the fact that he died 2,000 years ago (even Muslims acknowledge this) and if you believe He did it so you would be forgiven (which you are) then you will feel and literally be a new person. He is all you need and the enemy is trying to get you through these dark thoughts you have been having. Please look to God as your source of hope. His promises are true and He will never leave you or desert you. I have been in the gutter and I have done all the despicable earthly things you want to imagine but I am new and clean in His love and you can be too. God bless you and thank you for asking this question.

Are you channelling me? I know how you feel. God forgives all, and created medications. Seek help, and you will find it. If not you can e-mail me. Trust me when I say I've seen people at the bottom of the depths, and have been adrift in hopelessness.
People who can't make it, don't tend to ask questions like you.
I haven't truly prayed in twelve years, but I may pray for you if you want me to. If you die, I'll try to find you're grave and bring flowers. Not just because I'm a nice guy(I've got my bucket of filth too), but, because I feel the same sometimes.
When I get attacks it's like I'm on fire, it starts in my spine, and move out to everywhere. I feel hopeless,
and disconnected. People love me, but, I feel it's because they have to.
I've made it a point in life to accept anyone. I talk to bums because I know that could be me. I've managed to survive because I know there are other like me and that we are strong because we endure a special pain everyday that most don't
Seriously e-mail me, I've heard everything. I have social workers and rehab nurses in my life. I've heard all the horror stories.

I'm so sorry that you feel this way. I don't know if you are a Christian or not, but you have to know that we all make mistakes. But one thing is certain there is no mistake that we can make that is so big that God won't love us or forgive us for if we ask. There's nothing He won't help us with if we ask. We just have to believe. Sometimes the people in our lives get so busy that they just can't see when we need help (they aren't perfect either.) Don't doubt yourself. You don't have to make the same mistakes over again. You can do anything just hang in there.

HE can work miracles..

Life is never hopeless when you've known God. He brings light to your darkness. Your only hope is to bring all your fears and tears to God.Find a quiet place and just talk to him.
You will be in my prayers.

Romans 10:9-13 (King James Version)
9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Fear not for we all have sined and fallen short of the glory of god. That is why Jesus Christ came to earth
