Sounds ok to me. If she didn't want to know you she needn't have E-mailed you at all. Despite what you said in your question you do seem insecure. Whether you like it or not.

My first thought is that she is not into you, I know for me, when I am really into a guy, no matter how busy I am, I make time. However, everyone is different, I'd email her back, tell her you would really like to get together with her but it seems she is very busy, so ask her to contact you with a day and time she is free.....put the ball in her court....and leave it at that. Don't contact her again for a while after that....see what happens. If she's interested she will get back to you, if she's not, she won't.

No it does not sound enthusiastic. Write her back and ask for a specific time to meet. If she brushes it off then she is not interested.

it seems like she has just been very busy and she is intrested in you. she doesnt have time for a serious relationship and she just wants to take things a step at a time.
