I myself asked this question to my obgyn. this is what she told me
The missionay postion, spoon postion are the two best postions. the reason for this is because when you are missionary the vagina is tiped a little and the sperm have a slant and the cervix is at the best angle. the spoon postion is another good way for the same reasons. also you want to make sure you are ovulating first. and just have fun. also have your partner wait a lillte after ejaculating untill he has softened a little and pull out slowly. good luck and have fun.

it's not the sex position that gets you pregnant, it is having sex a couple days before you ovulate, and the day you ovulate. Good Luck! I'm trying to conceive too.

It does not matter what position...sex is sex you can get pregnant

There is no one position....it is all about the power of the sperm and how fertile you are at the time.

missionary is statistical better. Also when women orgasm there cervix will dip down if in the missionary position it dips where sperm would pool.
