You should talk to your parents first . They can guide you and help you out . After all, family is the best support one can have .
Meanwhile, also try concentrating on your strengths rather than your symptoms of social phobia . The more you will think about the symptoms , the more you will want to withdraw yourself from everybody .
Rather , make your mind strong enough to face those symptoms and erase them . If you can identify the symptoms and diagnose 'social phobia' , might as well get a cure for it from within .
Just start working in the direction opposite to the symptoms . Take them one by one and keep going.............
Since you have already accepted this problem, its half-solved . Go get the rest half .

Talk with your parents, your doctor, or another adult that you trust. I would then recommend that you find a good therapist in your area. Having space that's just for you (i.e. a weekly session) might be helpful and would allow you the time and space to discharge some of the anxiety you are holding. If you have insurance, you can find someone who accepts it, and if not, there are sliding scale fee therapists...
Below is a link for a therapist search. Look for one that specializes in anxiety. Good luck to you. You deserve some support and a break. :)

Social phobia is based on you worrying about what others think of you, or in severe cases a paranoia of other people that they will harm you. You have to say tp yourself, who cares what other people think? Especially if they are strangers, if they are true friends they won't judge you. If the social phobia is fear of physical harm, you have to tell yourslf that the thought is irrational, and whatever happens will happen and you will deal with it when that time comes.

Well if you haven't talked to a doctor yet, then I think you are jumping the gun a bit. It sounds like you are trying to diagnose yourself.
Tell your parents, then see a doctor.
Love, Jack.
