I think that you want to be spontaneous which is exciting and meeting people from the net is just that. But you have to weigh your options. Is the net person someone your compatiable with? What is wrong with your current bf? Would you want this done to you. Gurl, just be real with yourself then be real with your bf and go from there. I can say from experience, physical reality is almost always better. Talking on the internet forces you to make certain assumptions about people which are not always true, such as:
He writes brilliantly, he must speak well.
He looks great in that picture, he must look great in person.
He says he likes animals, he'd get along great with my dog.
Still, if this new netboy really does it for you, and for solid reasons, I can't guarantee you won't find massive fulfillment with him. Just be smart.
