Well the best thing to do would be to get up the courage and ask her. Just go up to her and say something like " Hey, I've been thinking about this for a while and I really like you." don't go and say "Hi, will you go out with me?" because that will catch her off gaurd. Drop little hints you're going to ask her at the begining of the conversation so she's ready for it! Good Luck!

did you just meet her? if you did dont ask her out right away or you might scare her. but if you feel a good connection between you two i would go for it. if you says no you two can still her friends

well first off get to know her,im the exact same way. i like this guy - but so afraid of talking to him. so
1. get to know her (if that doesnt work - try to get to know her friends)
2.be yourself around her - u have to be comforatable and honest around girls
3. have fun - if she doesnt make u laugh and smile when ur around her - maybe shes not meant for you
