Soy milk is made from a soy bean. It can not be made at home. soy is recommended because it is healthy an low in fat and high in protein. But take it from me, you have to be able to tolerate the taste. It does not taste like cow's milk. Try it first. There are other soy products like ice cream, cereal and various munchies.

It's called soy (not soya) milk. It's a non-dairy product, meaning it doesn't come from cows like regular milk. It comes from soy which is a better source of protein. It's also ideal for people who are lactose intolerant (people who can't have dairy products at all). I don't know if you can make it at home.
I use it in my oatmeal with a little brown sugar...yum!

You can buy a soy milk maker for under $100 and make your own soy milk at home. All you need is soy beans and water. It is supposed to be as easy to make as brewing a pot of coffee. I haven't tried it myself, but I'm thinking about getting one. Sure beats the chemicals and hormones that are added to regular cow milk....and your tastebuds will eventually adjust.

Soy milk is milk made out of soy beans. It's healthy for you because it has soy beans in it and soy beans keeps your bones strong. Although I'm not sure how you make it.
