Well, nonfat cheese has 40 calories per ounce, so im guessing that regular cheese has about 80 calories per ounce? It's a good source of protein and only has like 1 carb per ounce!

Depends on the type of cheese. Lots of protein and fat.

calcium, protein, minerals, fats. there's also conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) that has been found to protect against cancer by protecting cell membranes from oxidation damage. CLA also has been found enhance the immune system, decrease body fat and it may benefit bone health.

with cheese less processed gives you more nutrients.
