There are many spirits ALL around you but God has warned us not to have anything to do with them.....

this is a very serious question and deserves a serious answer.
but only you and your guide can answer it through meditation
being non of us are clairvoyant enough to help.
find a very quiet space (ie: outside, your bedroom) that you feel comfortable in, sit in a chair or on the ground/floor ( the main thing is being comfortable ,but not too comfortable you fall asleep), play some soft music (not rock and roll /rap/or any other vocial music), close your eyes and shut out the world around you. ask your guide "what is your name" and keep repeating it til you hear him/her say it. dont get discouraged if you dont hear it the first time . our guides voices are VERY high pitched ( like a dog whistle) and it takes time for us and them to adjust to hear one another. when you hear the name remember it , you may question yourself when you do hear it but trust it, that is the name they will answer to.
