The first one hits you hard. Your head spins, your heart races, you have no idea what is happening to you. The world revolves around this person. You can't eat, you can't sleep, and you still have no idea what is happening to you. You know the old cliche about first impressions being lasting ones...well, first loves are the same way. You will never forget that feeling, or the person who caused it.

Every one says that time heals all wounds. However, you can never forget your first love. Eventually... as the years roll by... the aching in your heart dulls a little more and it becomes bearable. They'll always be in your heart but your heart will expand and make room for the new loves. :)
