If you also have curly hair, which I assume you do if you are having frizz issues, there is a product that I buy at Walgrerens called Got 2 Be Curl_vacious. It comes in a pump like you would imagine hand soap. It is a green bottle. I have just above shoulder length very thick very tight curly hair, and 2 pumps work through towel dried hair and you get great curls with no frizz! Even when you are on the interstate with the windows down and your hair is getting blown everywhere it still looks great!

As for a conditioner, it really depends on what you are looking to spend. I know ~as weird as this sounds~ We have an Aldi by us, and they have this conditioner that comes in an all-white bottle and it is caled Shique. I tell you that is the best stuff I have ever used. It is really thick, not all runny! Give it a shot. I think you'll like it.

Leave in conditioners you should skip, my daughter has this problem hair type. We eventually sought out a pro and her recommendation was try leave in defrizzers we tried about 6 before finding the right one for her. BioSilk $22, followed by a flat iron and some biolage shine spray used sparingly works fantastic for her. Most salons will take a product return if after a week you feel its too heavy, oily etc and let you chose another. Expect to try a few before you find the combo that works for your hair. Even though the prices are higher the product lasts a long time and makes it worth it at the end!

For shampoo, you should try Bed Head. I currently use the Dumb Blonde formula but it will depend onn what type of hair you have. It is a little pricy, but your not going to find a good shampoo for less than $10. Also for leave in conditioner, You should use Aussie Mega ( leave in conditioner+volumizer). It will be perfect for you. It will have the conditioning power plus your hair won't loose its volume after you straighten it. I hope this helps. Good luck!!

hiya! i would recommend Herbal Essences, try the green 1 which is specially for greasy hair. Use it with the Herbal Essences conditioner and it will leave your hair looking and smelling great. You could try Loreal Hot Straight cream which you apply once you have washed your hair, this will protect your hair from the heat. Hope this helps :)

If you don't mind spending a little more money on your hair products you should try "Redken" they make a shampoo called "Soften" It has avocado oil in it and it makes my hair feel great!!!
In a way it's not that much more expensive when you consider how much product you actually use compared to drugstore products.
It's a concentrate so use just a little!

Try out BeautiControl's Regeneration for Damaged Hair. I absolutely love it!!! It has to be one of my best selling products! My sister went to beauty college and needless to say my hair was her dummy... big mistake because it really did a number on my hair. After using this product, my hair is finally healthy again! www.beautipage.com/susieyoung
