physically yes he is attracted to u but unless he wants to have a conversation with u and get to know ur personality then he is just admiring u woth no other intentions

It means he finds you attractive. But that doesn't mean he wants to get involved with you, or want you to have his kidz!! It could be that he was just giving you a compliment with no strings attached

it means he finds you very pleasing to his eyes, it does not mean he wants a relationship with you. people take compliments the wrong way sometimes. i was at the waterslide and a 16 y/o told me i had a 'sweet piercing', i did not feel she hit on me, only that it was apealing to her. Its one of two things:
Either he is attracted to you or
He is just admiring you.
To know which is which, his action over the next couple of days would hepl you to place him and know how to react in return.
