Unless you can scrape some out the minute you drop it in, there's nothing you can do about it. If it's a soup or similar you can add some plain, unsweetened Greekstyle yogurt to try and cut the heat, or plain whipping cream.
I over-season all the time. Good luck, cuz you're gonna need it.

There's not much you can do now the pepper's in there, but next time: start off with a little bit and taste it. If it needs more pepper, add it to taste.

you cant take it out, but addsome cream or dairy, even something sweet like honey to mellow it out
