you better go to the doctor it sounds like it could be something other chapped lips.

Drink alot of water on a daily basis, and eventually all should pan out for ya, if not see a doctor ASAP. It almost sounds like a rash of some sort. Also go to walgreens and purchased some A & D ointment, use it after you've washed the area you intend to use it on. It should work!

STOP LICKING YOUR LIPS... its a common reaction when your lips feel dry, but it actually can make them chapped. try taking your vitamins and keep drinking lots of water. put the vaseline on your lips right before bed so that it does not wear off too quick.
as for the vitamins you might want to try the ones that oil of olay put out. they are specialy formulated for hair, skin and nails for us girls and they have worked wonders for me too. good luck.

Lightly brush your lips with an old toothbrush to remove the dead skin, then keep them covered with a light coat of Vaseline until it gets better.

stop licking ur lips so much that will get rid of chapped lips everytime lol
its caused by moistening ur lips to much in wind or dry and hot conditions

i lick my lips it dose nothing butt try lipgloss to cover it.Also it ight restor the moister.But wher a lot of lipgloss I think.
