There are so many programs out there to discredit ufo's and ghosts,etc. Why not discredit these phony preachers on TV that only tell you what you want to hear to get you to send in your money to them? And the whole time you are getting poorer while they are getting richer.

Come on guys. You can do better than that. Let me hear a ligitimate answer. I once saw this program on HBO. It completely discredited Benny Hinn and that Rheindhardt Bunkie dude (the one that goes to Africa). It showed them to be frauds. So why do stupid people still send them money? I tell you what, if I could hook up with one of these guys I would just for the money. Who's to say they are for real? I need some good answers. What I've gotten so far is CRAP!

To the one that referred to Bonnke. That was reported in a "christian" magazine. Kind of like believing in UFO's that are reported in a UFO magazine or ghosts reported about in a spiritual magazine. Would you send them your money too? Might as well. They are all the same.

There probably aren't shows like that for two reasons.
1. The people who believe and donate their money to scam evangelists are already so far gone that there's no sense in investing money in a show targeted towards them. They're not gonna listen anyway.
2. The rest of us can tell right off the bat whats up with these scams.
However, I love it when these kind of frauds are revealed.
UFO and ghost shows have shady sources of information. So there's a lot left to opinion, where as with exposing fraudulent preachers is cut and dry obvious.

The Bible teaches we must use discernment with false preachers. A lot of people do discredit these false preachers, but don't do it so publicly that everyone hears about it on the news.
But you do raise a good point that Christians (which I am) often dismiss UFO's and ghosts as silly but turn towards false preachers.

personally i think ghosts are real----if we can have angels in a spirit world it would make sense we can have demons too and any other type of spirit-----i don't go for the televangelists either
