Be the better person and don't prank him. It may be fun for now but it can really hurt someone. Try to be nice to your brother. i have a brother and we have 'pranked' eachother but not like in a war form. Besides, I don't know any good pranks.

theres this really potent stuff u can get at any joke shop called itching powder.sprinkle it over as many of his clothes as u can
pay special attention to the underwear and i think that will be the end of this prank war

put a rubber band on the sprayer for the kitchen sink (make sure the band holds the handle down so when the water is turned on, it automatically comes out of the sprayer) i get my mom with this all the time
you could sew one of his pantlegs together at the knee, then when he tries to put his pants on, he falls over
put a little bit of baking soda in a half full bottle of ketchup - it'll blow up nicely.

I wrapped my sisters entire car in plastic wrap once then painted it. It was pretty funny. Dont worry I used crayola paint so it would come off though

well my grandpa use to play pranks on me & heres a funny one!
1st. we went out to eat @ a fancy restruant
2nd. as soon as i ran to the bathroom.
3rd. he took my straw a nd made a knot at the bottom of my straw
4th. put it back in my cup.
5th. as soon as i came back i tried to drink out of my straw but it was stuck!!
6th. he will pay! LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

boy do i...............hmmmm... Get a roll of duct tape. When your little brother falls asleep...get that duct tape out and tape him to his bed.... (I'm a MOM and did this to one of my sons)
Duct tape can also be used to tie your brothers legs and feet together!! Many uses for DUCT TAPE!! LOl
