no?
again Islamist hypocrasy!
Oh and how do those 2 subjects even compare,

Both are freedom of speech and both are abhorrent. The cartoon of Mohamed was basically pointing out that a religion is so bent on killing people so maybe the source instructed this. The holocaust cartoons are revenge and they just found the most vile thing they could to make "fun" of. It's very, very childish, but what can you expect from a group who murders babies as a political statement?

It wasn't acceptable for either. First off people need to get off the cartoon subject, how long ago did this happen? Do you want to know something? Now pounder this for a moment... No matter what anyone does EVER when it is portraying a religion in the wrong way (or the mass murdering of people) SOMEONE SOMEWHERE is going to get mad about it. Does it make it right? No only a moron would think so. Do we have to tolerate it? Yes unless you want WWIII on our hands so if you find something on tv offensive you pobably should watch it becuase no matter how you feel there will ALWAYS be someone you thinks it's funny.

Well, if you believe in Free Press then you have to allow Iran to publish whatever they want, though why they're singling out the Jews is beyond me. Those cartoons were in papers all over Europe!
The question is, how many items are Jews around the world going to blow up or destroy by other means in protest? Or will they protest calmly, like civilized human beings?
Now compare that to how the Muslims responded. Draw your own conclusions.

Both are ridiculously pathetic pieces of toilet drawn poorly and without any taste and or sensibility for the obvious targets of these crappy cartoons (Muslims for one, Jews for the other)...

But whereas the Danish cartoons were made by private journalists (its does not represent the view of the Danish government or the Europeans), the Iranian ones were made by government-influenced agencies (it means it is sanctioned and or supported by the Mullahs in Iran and that Ahmedjinad guy). Thus while one is just a lousy editorial which represents the views of a small minority, the other is a government sanctioned propaganda which is upheld by that government and that segment of the citizenry which supports that government.

Oh yes...I dont need to illuminate the difference between calmer Jewish protests of the cartoons and the violent frenzies of the Muslims as protest...

To any moral non-arab person: The holocaust cartoons; because it is shameless and unthinkable the lengths Muslims will go to to insult Israel. Even making fun of 6 million people getting killed in Nazi death camps. YA REALLY FUNNY Iran! OHH U GOT ME IN STITCHES! I mean whats more funny than a nazi soldier blowing a womans head off holding her small child? Maybe they can make a cartoon of that kid starving in a concentration camp where you can see all his bones. Or maybe a funny catch line as he is trodded off to a gas chamber to die naked, starving, and humiliated. WHATS NOT FUNNY ABOUT THAT?

To a Muslim: The Muhammad bomb picture is more offensive; because illustrates the truth about him "the Prophet of the Sword" and it works against their PR campaign. Muslims want you to believe that Islam is as "lovey dovy" and friendly as a newborn puppy.

They are both offensive, but has anyone run into a Mosque in Europe or the U.S. killing innocent women and children in reaction to any cartoon. I don't think so. Why doesn't Islam teach tolerance and love. There is no love in Islam--none tht I've seen anyway. I understand there are moderate Muslims. I would like to hear more from these guys. All I'm hearing are from Muslim nations w/ blood lust and hate towards any "infidel".

I have not seen the holocaust cartoons that were produced by Iranians.

But the cartoons of muhammad and islam are a true and clear meaning of what we may think of this vile and cruel religion.

See how much damage they caused because someone thought funnily or sarcastically about their religion?

What would happen if someone was really serious?

Why is no one being truthful and outspoken about islam?

Why is no one taking any positive steps?

Why are we not allowed to speak out and make fun of a religion that has killed millions of people and still carry on hurting those who have not hurt them?

Who said it's unacceptable to publish holocaust cartoons? Freedom of speech is freedom of speech! We're lucky to have it in the west.

I think it was wrong to publish either of those cartoons, but the press used poor judgement. Still, we're lucky that they have that freedom.

holocaust cartoons. While most of the world knows it is unacceptable to make fun of other religions, there are still countries in this world that deny that there ever was a holocaust. Muslim countries like Syria, and Iran don't even mention the Holocaust in their textbooks, and Hitler is cast as a god.
