Since little changes in Hawaii during the year. My answer when ask this very question has always been the same.
You go / come to Hawaii when you can afford to.
In Hawaii we never have a bad day, some are just better than others.

Hawaii is glorious all thru the year. However, it gets really hot in summer because it is closer to the equator. If you don't like a lot of heat, go during the winter months.

Anytime! The weather is always considerably good there, except when a volcano erupts, but I've heard that volcanoes are very good for the land. Try going in the summer, or spring break, since school starts tomorrow.

Basically anytime is a good time, it really all depends on what you would like to do here when you come visit. Certain things are just better to do at certain times of the year.

Most of my clients like December because of the whales and the surfing. It really doesn't matter its 87 degrees year round

anytime is nice, even winter. i lived there as a kid on Barbers Point NAS on the island of Oahu. it is great weather year around.
