All of these people to my understanding love the Lord and followed Him (including my pastor). So they are all Christian.

A Christian is someone who takes seriously what Christ said, and chooses to follow him - do what he says.
The people on that list have been reported as being Christians, however as I didn't know any of them personally, I can't be as specific as you might like.
