maybe we should be glad that some of our prayers are not answered.you've heard "be careful what you pray for, you might get it?"if you ask for something that you feel you are not getting a response for, perhaps that is not a good thing you are asking for. you know how sometimes kids ask for things that they totally think is good and you look at them like what a dumb a**? well perhaps that could be Gods reaction .the main thing to understand is this GOD IS IN CONTROL AND THIS WORLD IS IN his HANDS. His will will be done whether we as a people get to see the end results or not. He has plan for man on earth where He sent us for a time it is written, and to be worried over what we get in prayer is Minuit compared to His plan which is greater than we can even imagine.I believe that prayer is essential in order for the soul to stay connected. Don't worry about asking for things that may not be good for you in the long run. Gods will be done that is the chant not yours, not mine and definitely not Bush's- just joking.

first and formost Allah answers the dua (supplication) of the belivers and the disbelivers in the dunya( earthly life). but those who reject his message he will not answer their prayers in the hereafter. as muslims we belive that if Allah does not answer our prayers it is 1/because he has somthing better install for us 2/he will give it to us in the hereafter 3/ he is testing our beliefs.

Don't ever question the way Allah operates (no matter how insane it may appear to rational people) - otherwise your name goes on the list of targets for Allah's psychotically deranged warriors.

He may be answering your prayers in ways which we don't realize because we are usually looking for one particular answer and since he knows better than we do, that one answer that we're looking for may not be good for us.
