i practice capoeira, but i am looking for some other fighting styles to help it. does any one have any ideas?

i need some similar martial art, to help my training. do you think muay thai is related?

Capoeira is a bit unique in the way it uses it's body mechanics.

You'll find extreme acrobatics in Wushu, Taekwon Do, Parkour (a.k.a. free running), the Togakure Ryu of the Bujinkan....but you won't find anything cloned from Capoeira except breakdancing.

no, muay thai is not related... but I see where you might think so. In muay thai there is also a "dance" of sorts at the beginning of matches and lots of kicking, like in capoeira. Although it is totally different, if you like capoeira, I would recommend muay thai, it is fun and to be honest, a little more "real world" useful than capoeira.

Tae kwon do. There are plenty of feet flying all around in that one, too.
