ew don't listen to these losers who tell you that the only way to remedy a hangover is to stop drinking...they are just mad because they have boring lives and are jealous that you know how to have fun...

anyway...the day that you wake up with a hangover there are several things that you can try:

1. alka seltzer...it is meant to settle your stomach but it also has aspirin in it to help with that pounding headache...this is my number one choice for a hangover. (and yea...it is kind of gross esp. when you arent feeling great but it is definitly worth it!)

2. Eat fresh fruit or drink 100% fruit juice (ie. juicy juice) the sugars found in fruits and fruit juices replenish the nutrients that the alcohol took out of your brain and body the night before and they revive you. Bananas work best (the potassium in them is particularly good for a hangover) but grapes and strawberrys are also good...as well as most other fruits.

3. Eat a sandwhich. Sounds weird, but if you put something like carbs into your stomach, it can absorb some of the leftover alcohol that is still in your stomach and will prevent it from absorbing into your body (prolonging the hangover)

4. and of course, sleep. This is the best remedy, though obviously there is not always time to sleep in or nap if you have things to get done.

anyway...good luck with your hangoverrr!

LOTS and LOTS of water and eat something and then go back to bed for a nice long nap, you'll feel 120% better when you wake up. IBProfin helps too, helps the swelling in the nerves of your head.
If you have one glass of water with every single alchoholic drink the night you are drinking, you wont even suffer a "hang over".
Best thing though is not to drink. But if you do....stay hydrated!...Dehydration is why people get hangovers anyway.

This has to be done before you go to bed after drinking. Drink as much Gatorade or a Cola as you can, at least 20 oz. Eat four slices of sourdough bread and take 2 to 4 aspirin. Should alleviate the hangover in the morning.

Drink alot of water before you go to bed because part of the hangover is simply that you are dehydrated. The other part is that your body is having withdrawls from the booze. Then my all time hangover cure is a 24oz. ROCKSTAR in the morning... works everytime :) Good luck.

Alcohol dehydrates you. Drink lots of water.
Drinking more alcohol will stop the hangover but that is a vicious cycle you don't want to start.
Of course if you never drink you never have a hangover. AA is works to stop drinking and is free.

Before you go to sleep have something to eat and a TON of water. Take two asprin even if you feel fine. Then when you wake up, make sure you have some more water or like Powerade, right away. If you keep hydrated you'll feel better.
