All you need are:
1 Ripe but firm avocado
2. Lemon juice
3. Salt
4. Chopped tomatoes
5. Fresh corriander leaves (chopped)
6. Dash of tobasco
7Jalapeno peppers (bottled oned)
8. Freshly ground pepper

Ideally you should grate the avocados if they are nice and firm. If it is soft, just mash. Add the rest of ingredients.

Store in refridgerator for 1 day with the avocado seed in the mix. The seed prevents it turning black and the taste enhances after 1 day.
