Ok um I asked this guy to the dance and he said yes, we email each other and I think that he thinks were gf&bf but I dont, and I kinda stopped liking him as much, also I dont wanna hurt his feelings seriously he is like way sensitive. how do I kinda give him the message I wanna move on?

also I already went to the dance with him and he didnt dance!! we ended up sitting on the bleachers!! and when my friends dragged me down he would like follow me.

You take his feelings into consideration and that's a good start. You shouldn't ask other people what to say to him because it should be coming from you you know? BUt I'll try and help anyway :)
Honestly.. you shouldn't be so eager to just not like him anymore if he maybe gets the idea that you guys are 'boyfriend-girlfriend.' you probably got his hopes up and the asking out to the dance probably signals that you do like him. I mean you do like him! but since he thinks that, you're not liking him as much as before. This doesn't seem right. I think you should try to get to know him before making another move.
If you jsut want to move on, you should tlel him that you don't see you guys going anywhere and that you shoudl stay friends and nothing else. a clean break. he'll be hurt but he'll eventually get over it.

you are obligated to go to the dance with him; go with him and if you don't enjoy yourself you can tell him afterwards. Who knows? Maybe you'll have fun and like him more, but you're still under the obligation to go with him.
