Yes. Because then the war in Iraq would end tomorrow. Start sending every available young man and young woman (because you can't just draft men anymore). Once wealthy Red and Blue staters have to send their kids to Iraq instead of Princeton, Duke, and Yale...well then they will put their money and pressure to work to end our Iraqi adventure.

No. Most conscript armies that aren't fighting directly for their country, and are called up for a contentious issue like the Iraq conflict, are not very effective. We would spend so much time trying to make the unwilling draftees work, that focus on the mission would be lost. Also, when you take the young men that a draft would require, you hurt the available labor pool back home, causing a downturn in the economy, which is a BAD THING for any government to have to take responsibility for.
Also, most serving members do not want to serve with people who don't want to be in the military. The inevitable complaining and attitude is bad for morale.

No, because I don't want any people who have no national pride serving in the Army/Navy/Air Force/Marines. There is a thing called 'service before self' and a lot of Americans don't understand that concept. So, NO draft!

I wouldn't like it, and I don't think there will be one anytime soon. But I guess as a citizen it is our civic duties if that situation arises. I mean the civil contract of a government isn't free. We exchange some freedoms and rights so that we can have security.
