I would love to start making treats that are healthy and nutritious for my dog who just had pups. Can anyone help?

Here are a few dog biscuit recipes I have....

Garlic and Cheese Flavor Dog Biscuit

1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup margarine
1 minced clove of garlic
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup milk
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slowly heat margarine until melted. Once melted, add it to bowl
containing the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix the melted margarine and cheese together. Next, add the garlic, wheat flour and milk.
Roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut dough into fun shapes with
your favorite cookie cutter(s) and place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake your doggie biscuits at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for
approximately 20 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Allow to cool before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Liver Treats

1 lb. beef liver
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
12 - 14 cloves garlic
2 eggs

Puree liver and garlic in food processor. Add eggs, whole wheat flour and cornmeal. Grease cookie sheet and pour mixture onto cookie sheet. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking. Cut into desired sized squares.

I usually place 1/2 of this recipe in a tupperware and keep in the fridge. The other half I freeze.......these freeze well.
