I am always so confused when I try to understand questions people ask. Is something wrong with my Reading Comprehension? Or is there a problem with their communication skills?

They think faster than they can type.

I honestly believe it's just shi*tty typing and sometimes language barriers. You can tell (if you take the time to look) what they are trying to say in most cases and if it is obvious that it is either typing or language then what's the big deal.

I hate spelling and grammar Nazi's much more than I do unclear questions. Sometimes its better to really examine something through its flaws to understand it better than language often allows, being that more than 3/4 of the population use words every day that they have absolutely no clue what the word they are using actually means... You know?

...maybe a class in Critical Thinking would be helpful. The course covers many different forms of persuasive rhetoric...including syllagisms. It was through learning how to deduce logical progression in sentences that I became less confused (and could spot a fib or inconsistency a mile away!) You may try it -- it's pretty fun. Good luck.

Some people don't know how to type in correct English. They use abbreviations for their words. Mostly it's younger people and I guess they know what they are talking about. Some of them I know like;
Lol - laughing out loud
ttyl - talk to you later
Also they don't know how to spell or use the spell checker. I guess it all comes from text messaging on their cell phones. They use codes and things to shorten their messages.
I hope that's what you meant.

Do you refer to YahooQuestions? They are sometimes written in a funny English but if you read them carefully you should be able to understand them. Not all the people here speak English as their first language so you should keep this in account.

Aw, wouldn't worry about it. People ask confusing questions to make other people seem stupid. But it never works. So don't fall for it!! Just get new friend and you'll be fine.

It's their communication . Some of them just think it's funny to be illiterate and they don't even know what the SPELL CHECK is about .

It is mostly communication skills plus a lot of really bad spelling and ghetto talk (which sounds more like childish talk, e.g. wot du i do wiv it den. lol).
