To propose a woman don't have to see when ... If u felt that, there is a sparkle between two of you, even though u and her just know each other for one month or even one week, you can propose her... U just can't imagine it, u feel like married to her and you feel like she is the one you are looking for.. Love is blind and unexpected, so there is no a best time for you to propose a woman.. Just feel it using your heart!

If you have to ask when its it time, then its not time now thats for sure! You will know if she will say yes or not, but be ready for everything to change when the I do's at the wedding are said. I have been married 5 yrs things change some small some big. But hey everyone needs to try marriage once right
