...ignore their own scripture?

Does that give you a good feeling about what it must be like to be Christians?

Some Christians have their facts wrong.

Some non-believers are so caught up in facts that they cannot imagine living by faith.

You should less rely on wanting to be a Christian by looking at other Christians....you should more want to be a Christian by reading the Bible and trying to have faith in a higher power.

Look at the Muslims...do you think any of them look at the terrorists and say, why should I be a Muslim?? No, because they see the Koran in a totally different way than the terrorists.

The Bible is filled with metaphors and therefore each person can get a different thing from each metaphor. Its a personal choice and a personal feeling you get from believing in the Lord and in reading the Bible, that makes you a true Christian.

If what the majority of Christians do, bother you, then you should be an independent believer in God and follow his teachings as you think they are telling you to do.

Scientist, educators, and the like have been trying disprove facts and history presented in the Bible. It seems that the more they try to discredit the content, the more they actually prove the truth contained within. Some "professionals" have actually retracted earlier statements of disbelief, and are now presenting artifacts and historical documentation that agree with the Bible. Can you give factual information on why it is not logical?

That's just it, we logically understand the facts. I love being a Christian and I love Christ. You on the other hand, help to fulfill scripture. David talked about people like you in Psalms.

once you ask a "logic" question, you regularly vote for the least cogent, maximum vitriolic atheist pile of doo doo. So, the genuine question is, why could a Christian complication to respond to your so-stated as logic questions? to boot that, i've got no longer seen too many logic questions here besides. regularly you adult men are enjoying video games with "burden of information", protecting that information that meets the factors used by using historians isn't information in any respect, and by using ignoring something that doesn't in good condition into your slender and illogical view of the international. it somewhat is not any longer well worth answering you with logic, using fact maximum atheists understand as lots approximately logic as Christians understand proper to the Bible.

We must pray for all human beings, it's good to "feel a burning desire to be a Christian", we can try to be what they cannot.

Yes, I feel a desire for burning Christians when they do that.

Anytime you speak of man and his idiosyncracies, you are going to have confusion. Religion is confusion personified. I believe in the living God of creation, no matter what any mere man says. God has given me, amongst other things, the ability to interpret, and comprehend what I read in the KJV bible, as well as history.
Lean not into thine own understanding, but to God's understanding, and you can't go wrong. Mere man will steer you wrong, each and every time.

As a life-long atheist, never could understand how anyone possessing any intellect at all could believe such rot. However, it is clear to me and all who know me that I live a more "Christian'" life than the vast majority of avowed believers.
Right is right, wrong is wrong. Don't need a diety for that - and obviously the idiots you refer to don't have one to direct them!

I find it amusing that people like you feel the need to prove Christians wrong... if you don't want to be one, then what does it matter to you if other people are Christians? If you're not religious, then do you really have any need to try to convert someone to atheism?

If you are basing your question on the answers given in here then you need to go to a church and listen to the Word of God from an ordained minister.
