Do you mean as like a world record or generally as a breed. I am goin to assume both and answer them.
Danka Kordak Slovakia who, quite ironically, resides in Slovakia is the world's smallest dog in terms of length measuring a mere 7 inches or two big bites if it was a hot dog.
Danka Kordak Slovakia beat out Tiny for the record by a lengthy .2 inches when measured in 2004.
A Yorkshire terrier named Whitney is the world's smallest living dog height wise measuring just 3 inches from the ground to his shoulders.
As for the breed it would have to be...As for the smallest breed of dog is the Chihuahua, which is between 2-6lbs. It has been recorded proof of a Chihuahua skeleton that was a total of 7 inches in length. There is no weight recorded on this skeleton, but estimates believe it couldn't be more than a pound! The second smallest breed of dog is the Yorkshire Terrier, which should officially not weight more than 7lbs. But, many pet Yorkies tend to get much larger than this standard.
Lol and I guess a 'hot" dog would qualify for the smallest dog!

Usually, which too long for me. I believe it depends on the guy as well as his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other people can't.
