Dude i can understand ur problem completely i have also went thru this.
I Developed myy personality and improved my looks .Now
I know how to get gals men.Its like smooth ridin for me know.
But the fact is there so crash coures all of this takes timke but u surely can do this.And belive me it really dsnt matter tht ur 4 foot tall and look like burny mac.
First and formost u have to improve the external u.
U really cant change ur face or height but u definitly can improve.
Here is a checklist
Improve u r hairstyle it really matters
buy some trendy and cool looking clothes
wear some subtle jewellry
get into weight training(it helps a lot in ur looks makes u look good naked and with clotes too)
Get ur teeth withened
Always have a fresh breath
Wear some good cologne but dont over do it
2-3 sparys wud be enuf
tackle with tht acne imean get rid of it makes u verey verey unattrective
use benzoic ac or salicyl;ic acid cerams or wht ever too get rid of this
Now it comes down too u inner self
traits u shud develop
Loose the fear of approchin women
just loose it
dont worry out getting rejected even the most good lookin guys get rejected so its not really a big deal
Get confidence
just dont give a **** bout ur insecurites just be confident
Be laid back and dont act too needy
Act like ur the prize and the women is lucky to be in ur company
Be funny be very funny its very important entertain the hell ouuta her
But never make fun of ur own self
Dont praise her too much if u wanna praise her praise her indirectly

oh dear pal. most guys make the mistake of always wanting the hottest chics and they may not get any of those eventually. This is what to do: start conversing more with girls from around the way. Just chat and be fun and keep it real with them. soon enough, other girls will come to see u as a fun dude, and girls luv to be where the fun's at :-) U'll then gt ur pick of girls as you always wanted it. but you need to build ur rep from there up. xx

Try writing correct understandable English. You also don't meet a girl and ask her to "be my girl".....DUH!!! I have no idea how old you are but certainly too young to have a girlfriend......you don't have a clue! If I were you, I would put the girlfriend thing on hold until you grow up, pal.

give these girls a reason to consider going out with you! be nice, be considerate of their feelings and respect their wishes if they don't wanna go out with you.
Some tips.. just be yourself.. try not to act shy. talk to the girls as if they're your friends! itll make things easier. once you talk to them, get to know them and have them get to know you. sooner or later, you'll score a date and it'll be for the right reasons.

Most of my friends are women....
IF I ever have a GF I believe that she will come from my group of friends...
Some have gotten close to me and we go out for 2 to 16 months...
then they want me to meet their momma..
(actually I believe they want their momma to meet me)
after that...
1 day to 2 months... they're not even in my group of friends any more....
hmmm..
I guess if they're not listen to themselves about their interest then I'm not interested in them...
also
If I'd been interested in their mom then guess who I'd been talkin' to in the 1st place.....
I believe that I'll keep waiting for someone that can make their own decisions...

Well for starters don't be sssooo nervus about it just go to your best girl.................friend..........anad if you fell like you like her enough ask her out but don't worry about it eather you will ask someone or someone will ask you eather way you will be happy
